Spaces for hire

Auditorium 11m x 16m
Large modern multi-purpose space that could be used for lectures, training events, group gathering, or an exercise class.   Will seat up to 160 people with overflow. (Extra space can be added by opening large sliding doors to lounge)  This space has a data projector and quality sound system operated from a control desk.

Cost: $60-$40 per hour


Lounge 7m x 9m
Medium size meeting space with servery to kitchen and glass sliding doors to outside deck. Could be used for a meeting of up to 60 people with TV screen, sound system, and small tables available.

Kitchen
Roomy modern kitchen with 2 zips, large oven and cooktop, microwave, steriliser, fridge, and freezer. Has opening hatch to lounge.

Cost$30-$20 per hour


Foyer/Small Meeting Room 4m x 7m
Sunny warm space for smaller meetings.


Hire the whole complex for $100-60 per hour.

Notes:
Seating is modern individual seats which can easily be shifted around the complex on trolleys provided.

The building is fully compliant with current consent requirements and has been earthquake strengthened to over 67% NBS.
